Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The acute toxicity of the test material to aquatic invertebrates was investigated inDaphnia magnain accordance with the standardised guidelines EPA OPP 72-2 and EPA OTS 797.1300. During the test the daphnia were exposed to the test material at nominal test concentrations of 0, 130, 220, 360, 600 and 1000 mg/L under static renewal conditions; all tests were conducted using water soluble fractions. Based on the nominal concentrations of test material, the 48 hour EC50 value and corresponding 95% confidence interval were determined to be 540 (430 - 660) mg/L. The No Observed Effect Concentration was determined to be 220 mg/L. The study was performed in line with GLP and accepted standardised guidelines with a high standard of reporting. However, it is scored a Klimisch 2, reliable with restriction, based on potential solubility issues in the preparation of the test material solution.
