Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The 48h acute toxicity of the registered mixture toDaphnia magnawas studied according to the OECD 202 guideline under GLP compliance.  Daphnids were exposed under static conditions to control and test item nominal concentration of 10, 18, 32, 56 and 100 mg/L for 48 h.

The test item concentration in the test samples was determined by a validated high performance liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) using an external standard. The measured concentrations were in the range of 74 -76% at 0h and 73 -75% at 48h therefore it was justifiable to calculate the results based on mean measured test concentrations.

The 48– hour EC50for the test item was > 56 mg/L with 95% confidence limits (42 -74 mg/L).

These results were assessed to be suitable for chemical risk assessment and classification and labelling purposes.
