The study is waived in accordance with REACH Annex IX, Section 7.16, Column 2 on the basis of the low solubility of the substance – testing in accordance with OECD 112 is rendered technically impossible. Since the behaviour of the substance, as a complex inorganic material, is driven by the fate of the metallic ions, in terms of risk assessment, the dissociation constant study would seem unnecessary.
