Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
In the Grewer-Oven-Test with the pure product the product melted and flowed out of the basket before self-ignition started. In mixture with kieselgur the product did not flow out of the basket and showed an oxidation reaction starting at 240 °C.
UN Transport Regulations: Due to the results from the Grewer-Oven-Test the substance has not to be classified as “self-heating substance” (class 4.2).
EU-GHS/CLP: Due to the results from the Grewer-Oven-Test the substance has not to be classified as “self-heating substance”.
Executive summary:

The substance was tested for autoflammability according to VDI 2263 sheet 1 (screening in the Grewer oven).

In the Grewer-Oven-Test with the pure product the product melted and flowed out of the basket before self-ignition started. In mixture with kieselgur the product did not flow out of the basket and

showed an oxidation reaction starting at 240 °C.
