Administrative data

First-aid measures

Ingestion: DO NOT induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately. If conscious, drink plenty of water. Do not give victim anything to drink if he is unconscious. Call a physician or poison control center immediately. If vomiting occurs naturally, lie on side in recovery position.

Inhalation: Move the exposed person to fresh air at once. Remove from contaminated area. Apply artificial respiration if not breathing. Call a physician or poison control center immediately. For breathing difficulties, oxygen may be necessary.

Skin Contact: Wash off promptly and flush contaminated skin with water. Promptly remove clothing if soaked through and flush skin with water. Get medical attention if symptoms persist. Chemical burns must be treated by a physician. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Destroy or thoroughly

clean contaminated shoes.

Eye contact: Get medical attention immediately. Immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If easy to do, remove contact lenses. Call a physician or poison control center immediately.

Fire-fighting measures

General Fire Hazards: No data available.

Suitable (and unsuitable) extinguishing media

Suitable extinguishing media: All standard extinguishing agents are suitable.

Unsuitable extinguishing media: No data available.

Specific hazards arising from the chemical:No data available.

Special protective equipment and precautions for firefighters Special fire fighting procedures: No data available.

Special protective equipment for fire-fighters: Firefighters must wear NIOSH/MSHA approved positive pressure selfcontained breathing apparatus with full face mask and full protective clothing.

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures: Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Attention:Not for injection into humans.

Methods and material for containment and cleaning up: Wipe, scrape or soak up in an inert material and put in a container for disposal. Wash walking surfaces with detergent and water to reduce slipping hazard. Wear proper protective equipment as specified in the protective equipment section.

Handling and storage

Precautions for safe handling: Sensitivity to static discharge is not expected.

Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities: Keep container closed. Store in original container.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Appropriate Engineering Controls

Provide eyewash station and safety shower. General (mechanical) room ventilation is expected to be satisfactory if handled at low temperatures or in covered equipment. Provide adequate ventilation if fumes or vapors are generated.

Individual protection measures, such as personal protective equipment.

General information: General (mechanical) room ventilation is expected to be satisfactory if handled at low temperatures or in covered equipment.

Eye/face protection: Monogoggles

Skin Protection

Hand Protection: Chemical resistant gloves

Other: Wear suitable protective clothing and eye/face protection.

Respiratory Protection: If exposure limits are exceeded or respiratory irritation is experienced, NIOSH/MSHA approved respiratory protection should be worn. Supplied air respirators may be required for non-routine or emergency situations.

Hygiene measures: No data available.

Stability and reactivity

Reactivity: Material is stable under normal conditions.

Chemical Stability: No data available.

Possibility of hazardous reactions: Hazardous polymerisation does not occur.

Conditions to avoid: None known.

Incompatible Materials: No data available.

Hazardous Decomposition Products: In case of fire, gives off (emits): Carbon dioxide Carbon monoxide is highly toxic if inhaled; carbon dioxide in sufficient concentrations can act as an asphyxiant. Acute overexposure to the products of combustion may result in irritation of the respiratory tract.

Disposal considerations

Disposal instructions: Disposal should be made in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. The generation of waste should be avoided or minimized wherever possible. Disposal of this product, solutions and any by-products should at all times comply with the requirements of environmental protection and waste disposal legislation and any regional local authority requirements.

Contaminated Packaging: No data available.
