Description of key information

The 96h-LC50 of tetrahydro-4-methyl-2-(2-methylprop-1-enyl)pyran towards fish was 77.6 mg/l (nominal).

Additional information

In a guideline study according to OECD 203 the acute toxicity of the substance to fish was determined.Test fish of the species Brachydanio rerio were exposed to the substance for 96 hours in a semi-static test system. At test termination a LC50 of 77.6 mg/L based on mean measured test substance concentrations was determined.
