Description of key information

In an acute immobilization study according to OECD202 (GLP study) with Daphnia magna conducted under semi-static conditions the toxicity of  Acrolein cyanhydrin acetate (ACA) was determined.

The 48h EC50 based on geometric mean measured concentrations was calculated to be 0.431 mg/l  (0.396 -0.470 mg/l).
