Description of key information
Waiving of study: In accordance with Annex VII, section 7.8, column 2 of the REACH Regulation (1907/2006/EC) the study which examines partition coefficient octanol/water does not need to be conducted as the test substance disodium disilicate (delta-crystalline) is an inorganic substance. Additionally, the assay will be technically not feasible as the test substance does not dissolve in n-octanol.
