Test solutions

Details on test solutions:
- A saturated solution was prepared with a slow-stirring procedure in a closed bottle.
- 2 x 500 mg of test substance were applied to 2 x 5 L test medium in a brown glass bottle and mixed with a magnetic stirrer for 24 h at 20°C +/- 2
- Appropriate amounts of the saturated solution and dilution water were filled into test vessels; this procedure was carried out daily to provied fresh solution for each day
