Handling and storage
Manufacture and use of this chemical intermediate takes place under strictly controlled conditions, as described in Art. 17/18 REACH. The substance is rigorously contained during manufacturing and use and appropriate risk management measures including PPE (i.g. during charging or sampling) are applied. Occupational exposure is reduced to a minimum and well controlled by measurements. A management system covering all general aspects of a chemical production is in place, especially cleaning and maintenance of plants and equipment. An authorisation scheme based on instructions covering the whole process ensures that only trained and authorised staff handles the substance.
Advice on safe handling: Avoid formation of respirable particles.

Smoking, eating and drinking should be prohibited in the ap-plication area.
This substance should be handled under strictly controlled conditions as specified in REACH regulation article 18(4). During the whole lifecy-cle all necessary measures should be undertaken to minimize emissions and any resulting exposure.
