First-aid measures

INHALATION

Move the exposed person to fresh air at once. Get medical attention.

INGESTION

Harmful if swallowed. Wash out mouth with water, provided person is conscious. Get medical attention immediately.

SKIN CONTACT

May be irritating to skin. Remove contaminated clothing and wash skin with soap and plenty of running water. Get medical attention if symptoms persist.

EYE CONTACT

May cause damage to eyes. Rinse immediately eye with plenty of low pressure water for at least 15 minutes.

Remove any contact lenses. Get medical attention if symptoms persist.

Flashpoint       120 °C (open cup)

To extinguish fire use water spray, dry powder, carbon dioxide, or foam.

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

Protective gloves, safety goggles, breathing apparatus and protective clothing. Avoid any source of ignition and/or static charge.

RESPIRATORY EQUIPMENT

Breathing apparatus: Wear positive pressure self-contained breathing apparatus classified under EN137 : 2006 with at least 90% respiratory protection..

HAND PROTECTION

Protective gloves: Use chemical resistant gloves classified under Standard EN374, class 6 (breakthrough time > 480 minutes) and give operators basic employee training. Discard gloves after each working day.

EYE PROTECTION

Wear approved safety goggles.

HYGIENE MEASURES

Wash at the end of each work shift and before eating, drinking, smoking or using the toilet.
