First-aid measures

Protection of first-aiders Take appropriate steps to avoid every contact of the material.
Instantly remove clothing soiled by the material. Remove breathing apparate only
after all soiled clothing has been comletely removed. In case of irregular breathing
or respiratory arrest provide artificial respiration.
Inhalation:
Skin contact:
Eye contact:
Ignestion:
Note to physician:
Move to fresh air. If breathing has stopped, apply artificial respiration. Keep patient warm. If
rapid recovery does not occur, seek medical attantion. Seek immediate medical advice in
every cases.
Instanly wash affected skin with soap and planty of water. Seek immediate medical advice.
DO NOT DELAY. Rinse immediately with planty of water, also under the eyelids, for at least
15 minutes. If persistant irritation occurs, seek medical attantion.
DO NOT DELAY. Do not induce vomiting. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious
person. SEEK MEDICAL ATTANTION IMMEDIATELY.
Treat symptomatically.

Fire-fighting measures

5.1 Extinguishing media
Suitable extinguishing media
For small fires use media such as „alcohol” foam, dry chemical or carbon dioxide.
Do NOT use water jet.
5.2 Special hazards arising from the sbstance and mixture
Carbon oxides, sulphur oxides and nitrogen oxides. Possible HCN!!!!
5.3 Precautions for fire fighters
Wear self-contained breathing apparatus and chemical protective clothing.
5.4 Further informations
Use water spray to cool unopened containars!
Collect separetely contaminated extinguishing water, do not allow to reach sewage or effluent sy

Accidental release measures

6.1 Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures
Do not breathe vapour. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing.
Wear protective equipment. Keep unprotectived persons away. Ensure adequate ventillation. Beware of
vapours accumulating to form explosive concentrations. Vapours can accumulate in low areas. Keep away
all of ignition sources!!
6.2 Enviromental precautions
Prevent contamination of soil and water. If materials enters drains, it should be separated the contaminated
and pumped out into an open vessel. Emergency services may be called to assist in this operation.
6.3 Methodes and materials for containment and cleaning up
Do not flush away residues with water. Contain spillage and then collect with an electrically protected
vacuum cleaner or wet-brushing and place in container for disposal according to local regulations (see
Section 13)

Handling and storage

7.1 Precautions for safe handling
When using do not eat, drink or smoke! Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Do not breath vapour.
Prevent spills and avoid all operations which contaminate clothing and work areas. Ensure good
ventillation/exhausting at the workplace. Avoid generation of vapours/aerosols! Observe label preacutions!
7.2 Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities
Segregate from acids and strong oxidants! Keep away from humidity and water!! Keep ignition sources away
- don’t smoke!!! Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventillated place. It may store at ambient
temperature.
Contaners which are opened must be carefully inertized by Nitrogen then resealed and kept it upright to
prevent leakage!

Exposure controls / personal protection

8.1 Control parameters
Occupational exposure limits are not available. Apply it closed system!!!! Need a suitable ventillation!!!!
8.2 Exposure controls
Appropriate engineering controls
Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. Wash hands
before breaks and at the end of workday.
Personal protective equipment
 Eye/face protection: Tightly fitting safely goggles.Use equipment for eye protection tested and
approved under appropriate government standards such as NIOSH (US) or EN 166(EU).
 Skin protection: Handle with gloves. Gloves must be inspected prior to use. Use proper glove removal
technique (without touching glove’s outer surface) to avoid skin contact with this product. Dispose the
contaminated gloves after usein accordance with applicable laws. Wash and dry hands. The selected
protective gloves have to satisfy the specifications of EU Directive 89/686/EEC and the standard EN 374
derived from it.
 Body protection: Complete suit protecting against chemicals. Flame raterdant antistatic protective
clothing. The type of protective equipment must be selected according to the concentration and amount
of the dangerous substance at the specific workplace.
Respiratory protection: Where risk assessment shows air purifying respirators are appropriate use a
full-face respirator with multi purpose combination (US) or type ABEK (EN 14387) respirator cartridges
as a backup to engineering controls. If the respirator is the sole means of protection, use a full face
supplied air respirator. Use respirators and components tested and approved under appropriate
government standards such as NIOSH (US) or CEN (EU).

Stability and reactivity

10.1 Reactivity
Reacts basic materials.
10.2 Chemical stability
Stabil at normal conditions.
10.3 Possibility of hazardous reactions
No data available
10.4 Conditions to avoid
Heat, flames, sparks.
10.5 Incompatible materials
Strong oxidizing materials, bases, amines.
10.6 Hazardous decomposition products
Nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide and dioxide, sulfur oxides.

Disposal considerations

13.1 Waste treatment methode
Product. Offer surplus and non-recyclable solutions to a licensed disposal company. Waste
material must be disposed of in accordance with the Directive on waste 2008/98/EC as well as
other national and local regulations. Leave chemicals in original containers. No mixing with
other waste. Handle uncleaned containers like the product itself.Burn in a chemical incinerator
equipped with an afterburner and srubber but exert care in igniting as this material is highly flammable.
Contaminated packaging: Dispose of as unused product.
