Toxicity to aquatic plants other than algae

Description of key information
The study for aquatic plants is not required due to high insolubility (refer to IUCLID point 4.8) of cis-cyclooctene in water.
Futhermore the substance is to be manufactured and used only in a closed system. Sampling, filling and transport takes place exlusively in a closed system. Exposure to aquatic plants is unlikely. Therefore, the study is not required relying on the high insolubility and lack of exposure.
