Conclusions:
The freezing temperature of test substance has been determined to be -12 ± 0.5 °C (261 ± 0.5 K).
Executive summary:

The freezing point of the test substance was determined according to OECD 102/EU A1 guideline, using BS4633 method for the determination of crystallizing point. The determination was carried out in duplicate and the mean final temperature was retained.

The freezing temperature of test substance has been determined to be -12 ± 0.5 °C (261 ± 0.5 K).

Description of key information

Freezing (i.e. liquid-solid transition) occurs at the temperature of -12 ± 0.5 °C (261 ± 0.5 K).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Melting / freezing point at 101 325 Pa:
-12 °C

Additional information

A fully reliable experimental study, conducted according to a recognized OECD/EC/BS method and under GLP, is available. It is considered as a key study. The result is retained as key data.
