Additional information

According to the standard information requirements in Annex VIII point 9.2.2.1, testing of hydrolysis as a function of pH is required but a study need not be conducted if the substance is readily biodegradable. Bis(2-butoxyethyl) adipate is readily biodegradable, so testing of hydrolysis is not required.
