First-aid measures

General advice: Remove soiled or soaked clothing immediately

If someone exposed to the product  feels unwell, contact a doctor and show this safety data sheet.

If inhaled: In the event of symptoms bring the patient  to fresh air.

In case of skin contact: In case of contact with skin wash off immediately with polyethylene glycol 400, then with plenty of water

If polyethylene glycol is not available, rinse of with plenty of water.

In case of eye contact: Rinse the affected eye immediately with plenty of water at the same time keep the unaffected eye well protected.

If swallowed       : In case of problems seek medical advice and show the package or label

Treat symptomatically.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable extinguishing media: Water spray, Foam, Dry powder, Carbon dioxide (CO2)

Specific hazards during firefighting:

In case of fires, hazardous combustion gases are formed: Hydrogen fluoride (HF), Hydrogen chloride (HCl), Carbon monoxide (CO)

Special protective equipment for firefighters: Use self-contained breathing apparatus Wear flame-proof clothes, flame-proof gloves, and, if necessary, flame-proof hood as well as helmet and fire-brigade boots when fighting fire.

Accidental release measures

Use personal protective clothing.

Do not allow to enter drains or waterways

Pick up with absorbent material (eg sand, kieselgur, acid binder, universal binder, sawdust).

Clean contaminated floors and objects thoroughly with water and detergents, observing environmental regulations

When picked up, treat material as prescribed under heading "Disposal".

Handling and storage

Use only with adequate ventilation and in closed systems.

Avoid formation of aerosols.

Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice.

Avoid contact of the substance.

This substance should be handled under strictly controlled conditions as specified in REACH regulation.

Exposure controls / personal protection

During the whole lifecycle all neccessary measures in accordance to Art. 17/18(4) of REACH legislation are undertaken to minimise emissions and any resulting exposure.

When handled and stored appropriately no dangerous reactions are known.

Disposal considerations

Product: Special waste incineration plant, after consultation with operators.

Contaminated packaging: Packaging that cannot be cleaned should be disposed of as product waste.
