Executive summary:

In this study the test material was found to inhibit the growth of the freshwater green alga Desmodesmus subspicatus after 72 h with the following effect values (nominal concentrations): The EC50-values with 95% confidence intervals for specific growth rate (ErC50) and yield (EyC50) after 72 h were 71.6 (65.2 - 79.4) and 37.2 (33.4 - 41.6) mg/l, respectively.

All effect levels are given based on nominal concentrations of Acetessig-m-xylidid TTR.
