Conclusions:
The biodegradation rate was determined by measuring the oxygen consumption of non-adapted domestic activated sludge at a concentration of 100 mg/l. After the 28 day incubation period, a degradation rate of 70 -80% was observed.

Description of key information

The ready biodegradability of the substance was tested in a GLP guideline study according to OECD 301F (Ready biodegradability: Manometric Respirometry Test).

The biodegradation rate was determined by measuring the oxygen consumption of non-adapted domestic activated sludge at a concentration of 100 mg/l. After the 28 day incubation period, a degradation rate of 70 -80% was observed.

The substance is therefore considered to be readily biodegradable.
