This list contains substances which are banned from use in any cosmetic products marketed for sale or use in the European Union.

Distillates (petroleum), carbon-treated light paraffinic

A complex combination of hydrocarbons obtained by the treatment of a petroleum oil fraction with activated charcoal for the removal of traces of polar constituents and impurities.
