Third-party authors' consultations
Sometimes, applications for access to documents can request the disclosure of third-party documents that the ECHA is in possession of. In this event, ECHA has to consult the authors or owners of these documents as to whether the disclosure would undermine their commercial interests or intellectual property. This web-form enables the secure exchange of confidential documents to ECHA within this process.
