NEWS ALERTS Late pre-registration of substances to be registered in 2013 closing soon 25 May 2012 In order to benefit from the extended deadlines for registering phase-in substances under the REACH Regulation, registrants have to pre-register their phase-in substances. The latest opportunity to late pre-register phase-in substances due to be registered by the 2013 registration deadline is 31 May 2012. Further updated Guidance on Information Requirements and Chemical Safety Assessment for nanomaterials 25 May 2012 The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has published three new appendices, updating Chapters R.8, R.10 and R.14 of the Guidance on Information Requirements and Chemical Safety Assessment (IR & CSA). These appendices focus on Chemical Safety Assessment and provide further recommendations for registering nanomaterials.
