ECHA Helpdesk encourages its customers to participate in its customer satisfaction survey

The ECHA Helpdesk is committed to improving the service provided to its customers. For this reason, an online questionnaire has been sent to the Helpdesk's customers on 14 November. The aim of the survey is to identify customer needs in order to improve the service provided by the ECHA Helpdesk. The feedback will serve ECHA to better adapt the service provided by the Helpdesk to the requirements of its customers.

The survey is addressed to those customers who contacted the ECHA Helpdesk during 2011. ECHA would like to encourage these customers to participate in the current survey by no later than 09 December 2011.
