Based on REGULATION (EC) No 1907/2006, Annex VII, column 2 (section 7.5), the study on vapour pressure does not need to be conducted if the substance has a melting point > 300 °C. As the test substance decomposes at 255 °C, the study on vapour pressure shall be waived. The vapour pressure is necessary to calculate environmental concentrations and the given value is the lower bound of the potential range of values that can be chosen in the EUSES model.
