Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Based on the fact that aqueous solution of the test substance indicates a pH in the range of 7-9 (see Section 4.8, water solubility determination, pH of aq. solution was determined to be 8.7), being stored and transport in steel containers at room temperature and based on long term experience of test substance handling, the test substance is assigned to be not corrosive to metals.
