Description of key information

In accordance with point 9.3.2, Column 2 (Specific rules for adaptation from Column 1) of Annex IX of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, testing for bioaccumulation in aquatic species can be omitted if direct and indirect exposure of the aquatic compartment is unlikely. No exposure to the aquatic environment is predicted, therefore testing is not required. Furthermore, the predicted BCF was 45.27 L/kg wet weight, a value considerably below the level critical for classification of aquatic hazards. The BCF was calculated using the regression based method and an estimated log Kow of 3.01.
