Additional information

In the key study (Atwal, 2012), the vapour pressure of the test material was determined in accordance with GLP and the standardised guidelines OECD 104 and EU Method A.4 using a vapour pressure balance. Under the conditions of the study, the vapour pressure of the test material was determined to be 0.77 Pa at 25ºC. This study was performed to a good standard with sufficient reporting to assess the reliability of the data. The study was assigned a reliability score of 1 in line with the principles for assessing data quality as defined by Klimisch (1997).

Supporting information was presented as a short abstract taken from the Good Scents Company website. The vapour pressure of the test material was reported to be 0.005620 mm Hg (equivalent to 0.749 Pa) at 25ºC. The value is reported as being an estimate but is in reasonably good agreement with the experimental value obtained. This report has been assigned a reliability score of 4 in accordance with Klimisch (1997), as it is not possible to assess the reliability of the data.
