Key result
Type:
relative density
Density:
1.299
Temp.:
20 °C

Three independent measurements were performed at 20°C with following results:

1.299; 1.302; 1.296 g·cm-3

The mean value was : 1.299 g·cm-3

The density °C was determined to be of 1.299 g·cm-3and the relative density is 1.299.

Executive summary:

In the non-GLP Klimisch 1 study from (Frischmann 2012) the density of Butandioic acid, sulfo-, 1,4-bis(2-methylpropyl)ester, sodium salt was determined according to EC A.3 at 20°C using a pygnometer. The density was determined to be of 1.299g·cm-3(=1299 kg/m-3) and the relative density is 1.299.

The obtained value is considered relevant and reliable.
