Description of key information

Effect concentration based on growth rate at 72 h were:  EC50=150.67, LOEC:=8.76 and NOEC: 4.25 mg/l. Analytical verfication ranged from 76.9 to 130% and from 60.7 to 94% of nominal values,  at 0 and 72 hours, respectively.

Additional information

The toxicity, as measured by biomass and growth rate, to Desmodesmus subspicatus was evaluated in freshwater. Under the conditions of the study, the test substance ethylenediamine, +4PO caused growth rate inhibition in the algal cultures, with EC50 (72 h) of 150.67, and NOEC (72 h) of 4.25 mg/l.
