Description of key information

Ether bondage are stable and do not hydrolyse to a significant extent at environmental relevant condition. This has been confirmed in an OECD 111 study performed with a structural analogue of the substance. The substance was stable at pH 4, 7, 9 at 50 °C during 120 hours (Currenta, 2009).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Under environmentally relevant conditions hydrolysis will not be a relevant process of elimination.
