Additional information

The test substance is characterized by low water solubility (0.982 mg/L, 20 °C), low vapour pressure (0.01 Pa, 20 °C), experimental mean log Koc value of 4.36 (22 °C), indicating a potential for sorption to sediment and soil. The substance is readily biodegradable (80% within 28 d, 301 F), therefore abiotic degradation in water is not a relevant degradation pathway for this substance. The calculated Henry’s Law Constant (2.2 Pa*m3/mole) indicates that the substance has a low potential to evaporate from the water phase to the atmosphere. Furthermore based on an experimental determined BCF value of 244 L/kg for Danio rerio a low bioaccumulation potential of the substance is assumed.
