- Skin contact: after contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water.
- Eye contact: in case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

- Ingestion: give 500 ml water to drink. Do not induce vomiting.

- Personal precautions: ventilate area.
- Environmental precautions: contain any spill with dikes or absorbents to prevent migration and entry into sewers or streams. May require excavation of contaminated soil. Use solid absorbent or earth dike to contain spilled substance.
- Methods for cleaning up: take up small spills with dry chemical absorbent. Large spills may be taken up with pump or vacuum and finished off with dry chemical absorbent.
Handling and storage
- Handling: local exhaust is needed at source of vapours. Mechanical ventilation is recommended.
- Storage: keep away from heat. No special storage required.
