First-aid measures

General: Remove to fresh air. If unconscious maintain adequate airway and respiration.

Eye Contact: Flush with plenty of water for a minimum of 15 minutes. Call a physician if irritation persists.

Skin Contact: Wash affected area with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing.

Inhalation: Remove to fresh air.

Ingestion: Call a physician. Small amounts of water can be administered. Do not induce vomiting.

Fire-fighting measures

Flash point approx 100 centigrade

Extinguishing media: Foam, CO2, Water can be used with care.

Special Fire Fighting Procedures: use of self contained breathing apparatus recommended.

Unusual fire and explosion hazard: Decomposition and combustion products may be toxic.

Accidental release measures

Clean up: Observe precautions from other sections. Ventilate area. Cover with absorbent material and collect any spillage.

Handling and storage

Precautions in handling and storage: Avoid prolonged or repeated contact. Remove contaminated clothing and launder before reuse. Avoid eye contact. Avoid prolonged breathing of vapours. Use in a well ventilated area. Store in tightly closed containers.
