Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

The water quality measurements of the test solutions were within acceptable limits during the study.

None of the twenty control Corophium died during the study and this represents an acceptable level of health of the test organisms maintained under test conditions.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
10-day LC50 of the test substance to Corophium volutator was determined to be > 12497 mg/kg dry sediment.
Executive summary:

The 10-day LC50 of the test substance to Corophium volutator was determined to be > 12497 mg/kg dry sediment by the non-linear interpolation method in ToxCalc™ Version 5.0.

The highest no-observed effect concentration (NOEC) after 10-days was determined to be 6251 mg/kg dry sediment using Fisher's Exact test in ToxCalc™ Version 5.0.

The water quality measurements of the test solutions were within acceptable limits during the study.

None of the twenty control Corophium died during the study and this represents an acceptable level of health of the test organisms maintained under test conditions.
