Details on results:

- Other biological observations:no immobilistaion observed after every 24 hours of exposure
Results with reference substance (positive control):
EC50-24 = 1.12 mg/L (1.00-1.26)

The acute immobilisation screening test of the micro crustacean Daphnia magna was performed on the test item "LCA07033". the results obtained on the toxicological endpoint "immobilisation" gives an EC50 -48hours superior to the highest tested concentration , i.e 100mg/L.

Analyses of the test solutions were performed: the dipalmitoyl Hydroxyproline was analysed, but the concentrations measured in the test solutions were lower than the Limit Of Detection.

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Conclusions:
EC50-48hours of the test item "LC07033" on the cladocera micro crustacean Daphnia magna is superior to the highest tested concentration , i.e 100mg/L, value expressed in nominal concentration.
