The reported data on irritation properties of TCPP provide negative results. Moreover, TCPP is not identified as being a skin and eyes irritant on the basis of its structure in the QSAR model.

In accordance with the CLP criteria, skin irritation is defined as “the production of reversible damage to the skin following the application of a test substance for up to 4 hours”.

Eye irritation is defined as “the production of changes in the eye following the application of test substance to the anterior surface of the eye, which are fully reversible within 21 days of application.”.

Based on the data summarised in this section TCPP is not considered as being skin, eye or respiratory irritant.
