Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
In accordance with the CLP Regulation criteria, a substance is classified as to its acute dermal toxicity if LD50 ≤2 000 mg/kg bw.

The acute peer reviewed dermal toxicity LD50 data for TCPP in rodents (rats, rabbits) are all above 2000 mg/kg bw.

It is, therefore, concluded that TCPP is not classified as to its acute dermal toxicity.
