Additional information

Considering the high water solubility (4.36 g/L), the low log Kow value (log Kow < -1.85) assuming a low adsorption potential and the low volatilization potential (vapour pressure < 0.00001 Pa) of Reaction mass of sodium hydrogen N-(1-oxooctadecyl)-L-glutamate and stearic acid, the substance will tend to be mainly distributed into the water phase. However, since the substance is readily biodegradable, it will not be persistent in the aquatic environment.
