Skin contact Wash off immediately with soap and plenty of water. If skin irritation persists, call a physician. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before re-use.

Ingestion Do NOT induce vomiting. Clean mouth with water and drink afterwards plenty of water. If symptoms persist, call a physician. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

Inhalation Move to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If symptoms persist, call a physician.

Protection of First-aiders Use personal protective equipment. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing.

Fire-fighting measures

Extinguishing media.

Suitable Extinguishing Media
Dry chemical, CO 2, water spray or regular foam.

Extinguishing media which shall not be used for safety reasons
Do not use a solid water stream as it may scatter and spread fire.

Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture

Thermal decomposition can lead to release of irritating gases and vapors. Runoff may pollute waterways.

Advice for firefighters

As in any fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus and full protective gear.

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures

Use personal protective equipment. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Ensure adequate ventilation.

Environmental precautions

Prevent product from entering drains. Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system. Should not be released into the environment.

Methods and materials for containment and cleaning up

Methods for Containment
Prevent further leakage or spillage if safe to do so. Dike to collect large liquid spills.

Methods for cleaning up
Soak up with inert absorbent material (e.g. sand, silica gel, acid binder, universal binder, sawdust). Soak up with inert absorbent material.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Exposure controls

Engineering Measures

Apply technical measures to comply with the occupational exposure limits. Where reasonably practicable this should be achieved by the use of local exhaust ventilation and good general extraction. Ensure that eyewash stations and safety showers are close to the workstation location.

Personal protective equipment

Eye Protection Tightly fitting safety goggles, If splashes are likely to occur, wear:, Face-shield.
Hand Protection Rubber/latex/neoprene or other suitable chemical resistant gloves.
Skin and body protection Long sleeved clothing, Impervious gloves, Chemical resistant apron.
Respiratory protection When workers are facing concentrations above the exposure limit they must use appropriate certified respirators, When using a mask or half mask :, Respirator with a vapor filter (EN 141), Type A.

Hygiene measures

Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Wear suitable gloves and eye/faceprotection. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Wash hands before breaks and immediately after handling the product. Keep working clothes separately. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before re-use. Contaminated work clothing should not be allowed out of the workplace. Provide regular cleaning of equipment, work area and clothing.

Environmental Exposure Controls The product should not be allowed to enter drains, water courses or the soil.

Stability and reactivity

Reactivity

Chemical stability
Stable under recommended storage conditions.

Possibility of hazardous reactions

Hazardous Polymerization:
Hazardous polymerization does not occur.

Hazardous Reactions:
None under normal processing.

Conditions to Avoid:
Heat, flames and sparks.

Incompatible Materials:
Strong oxidizing agents. Strong acids. Strong bases.

Hazardous Decomposition Products:
Nitrogen oxides (NOx). Tin oxides.

Disposal considerations

Waste treatment methods

Waste from residues / unused products
Dispose of in accordance with local regulations.

Contaminated packaging
Do not re-use empty containers.

Other information
According to the European Waste Catalogue, Waste Codes are not product specific, but application specific. Waste codes should be assigned by the user based on the application for which the product was used.
