Chronic data are available for different species of arthropod soil invertebrates. NOEC/EC10 values range from 31 mg Ni/kg for reproduction by the springtail Folsomia candida (Liu et al., 2015) to 1,783 mg Ni/kg for reproduction by F. candida (Liu et al., 2015).  Below are the accepted high quality studies for arthropod soil macro-organisms used for derivation of the HC5 and terrestrial PNEC:
