Description of key information

No conductivity could be measured which was ascribable on dissociated parts of the test item

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Dissociation constant in water of the substance was determined according to OECD Guideline 112. Dissociation constant in water was determined at 20 DC by using the conductometric method.

Result:

No conductivity could be measured which was ascribable on dissociated parts of the test item. Even at a concentration of 1.2 g/L, the measured conductivity is similar to the conductivity of water. Due to this fact the substance does not dissociate in water.
