Description of key information

After 14 d exposure with the test item EC50 values of 353 mg/kg (Avena sativa) and 128 mg/kg (Latuca sativa) were obtained.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Short-term EC50 or LC50 for terrestrial plants:
128 mg/kg soil dw

Additional information

There are two reliable studies for two different terrestrial plant species (Avena sativa and Latuca sativa) available which are used to assess the acute toxicity of the test item to terrestrial plants (TNO, 1992). Both studies were conducted according to the OECD guideline 208 and GLP regulations. After 14 d exposure with the test item EC50 values of 353 mg/kg (Avena sativa) and 128 mg/kg (Latuca sativa) were obtained.
