Description of key information

The pKa of calcium diformate, a structural analogue of potassium formate, was measured to be 3.79 at 20 °C (Perstorp, 2010) in a study run to OECD 112. Pattys Toxicology reports the pKa of formic acid - potassium formate is the corresponding salt - to be 3.75 at 20 oC.
