Description of key information
According to the Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment Chapter R.7a: Endpoint specific guidance (chapter R.7.1.16 Stability in organic solvent and degradation products, page 171), the test need to be conducted, if the knowledge of the structure of the test substance might indicate reactive groups that may give rise to instability of the test substance. In this case the structure of the substance might not indicate reactive groups that may give rise to instability of the test substance. The stability of the substance can be considered as not critical and according to Annex IX (7.15 column 1) testing is not required.
