There is not much literature about environmental data on Monoglyme.
A doctoral thesis from Demers-Stepien, 2013 ("Occurrence, distribution and behavior of hydrophilic ethers in the aquatic environment") compiled environmental data on several glymes in Germany, including monoglyme.

Monoglyme was identified only in the Main and Rhine Rivers at the maximum concentration of 114 ng/L and 427 ng/L, respectively.

The PNECaqua is 6.4 mg/L. This results in RCR = 6.67E-5.

According to these numbers, no risk to aquatic environment can be expected.
