Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The adsorption/desorption test does not need to be conducted as based on the physico-chemical properties, the substance can be expected to have a low potential for adsorption (maximum log Kow is 2.2). Therefore, the organic carbon-water partitioning coefficient (Koc) is calculated from the log Kow using the equation from EUSES (non-hydrophobics QSAR). The calculated Koc value is 146 L/kg. As further studies on transport and distribution in the environment are not available, this predicted value is used in the assessment.
