Additional information

The short-term toxicity of 1,4-Diazabicyclo[2.2.2]Octane to Daphnia magna was evaluated in a GLP guideline study according to OECD 202 with analytical verified test concentrations (Air Product, 2000, Rep. no. 269314). The 48h-EC50 was found to be > 100 mg/l (nominal). This concentration corresponded with an average measured concentration of 92 mg/l.

Based on this result, the substance is with high probability acutely not harmful to aquatic invertebrates.
