Based on a consideration of the structure, dicyclohexylamine is designated as non-oxidising substance, because it does not contain neither oxygen, fluorine or chlorine nor chemical groups associated with oxidising properties (Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment, Chapter R.7a: Endpoint specific guidance, Table R.7.1-29).
