The pH of sodium O-ethyl dithiocarbonate is 12.2 at 20 deg. C. The pH was measured at 25 -% water solution (maximum concentration in the identified use) by using a standard method SFS 3021 (Reference: pH-determinations from the water solutions of sodium ethyl xanthate and potassium isoamyl xathate according to the recommended REACH registrations regulations, VTT Expert Services Ltd, 2012).
