The test substance was soluble in water. Therefore, the test solution was prepared by dissolving 70 mg, 80 mg and 90mg of the test substance in 10 liters deionized water with continuous stirring for achieving test concentrations of 7 mg/L, 8 mg/L and 9mg/L, respectively.
