Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

As the test substance is highly insoluble (0.02 mg/L, at 25°C in a WoE based on calculation), therefore WAF solutions were prepared and result analyses were based on initial loading rates.

The first study (Wang Lei, 2013) was performed under China GLP with analytics under WAF conditions with standard medium (Elendt M7). Under semi-static conditions of 72 h-renewal, no significant effects on the mortality and reproduction of Daphnia Magna exposed to the test substance were observed (NOEL > 1.6 mg/L).

A second supporting study was used (Doig C., 2014) and was performed under GLP, no effects on reproduction were observed at the highest test item concentration NOELr > 20 mg/L. Analytical verification of test concentrations was not conducted during this study as it was not possible to develop a suitably sensitive analytical method for the analysis of test item in Elendt M4 medium. Results throughout this report are therefore based on initial loading rates.
